Who we are...

Probably Polly and Friends is a simple site open to fellow teachers, English Language students & supporters of good causes.  Here's a little intro about our plans.

New to ESL ? 

Don't worry we all were once, as great as some available training courses out there are, nothing but the real thing can prepare you for the real thing. 

Here's some advice on teaching style, methodology  and philosophy, to help you find the right style for you.

Montessori & MI...

I have been fortunate enough to pioneer a Montessori project including the teachers of almost 1,000 Kindegarten students. 
Here's an intro to "Monty" and Multiple Intelligences approaches, just some bits I learned so far.
